INT. D AND L'S APARTMENT - DAY

L sits on the couch reading the Styles Section of the New York Times. D sits at his desk, doing whatever it is that he spends so much time on on the computer.

L: I'm going to send us in.

D: Where?

L: To the New York Times.

D: Why?

L: Because.

D: Why?

L: Because I want to.

D: Why?

L: I just do.

D: Why?

L: I don't know why. I just do.

D: Why?

L: Because I want to send it in and I want people to see my name in the New York Times.

D: Okay.

I always look for someone I know in the NY Times announcements so I think it would be great to see both of you in there. It will be interesting to see if any of your loyal readers can connect the announcement with the two of you. Let's see - female rabbi marrying writer. Hmm....how many couples fit that description?

Oh, by the way, I'd like to put an announcement in the local paper - so I need a picture too.
